Student and Course Registration
Eligible applicants who can proceed to Student Registration will receive an email “CUHK – Your Admission Status and Guide on Student/Course Registration” through your registered email account.
To become eligible, applicants must have:
- fulfilled the admission conditions (if applicable),
- completed the document verification procedures, and
- been approved a student visa.

Registration period of 4 – 8 August is only applicable to applicants who become eligible by 8 August.
- For applicants who become eligible after 8 August, separate information on V-code, registration period and other details will be provided in due course.

Learning Enhancement Officers (LEOs) of Office of Student Affairs offer individual guidance and consultation service to facilitate students’ adaptation to their university life. In the Meeting with LEOs sessions, you will be briefed the important points in your university life planning, curriculum requirements and course enrollment, as well as having a better idea about the culture of Hong Kong. Besides, you will also be assigned an academic advisor. Registration and Examinations Section will email you the advisor details after you have completed student registration successfully via your student email account (@Link Email).

Upload activated student visa and landing slip
