Student visa application

The student visa application package will be available from late December onwards for download at Student Visa Application section.

College and hostel assignment

International students admitted to full-time undergraduate studies will be guaranteed three years of hostel place during their undergraduate studies at CUHK if they wish to stay on campus.*

*Not applicable to students of dual degree programmes.

Submit documentary evidence to fullfill your offer conditions

Please refer to your admission offer notification to see if any condition is stipulated and the deadline for documentary evidence submission.

Student registration and course registration

If your admission is confirmed by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, you will be advised on when and how to perform student and course registration in due course.

Report to OAFA on arrival

You are required to report to the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid with required documents after arrival.

Student orientation

Details will be available around July.

Payment due date for tuition, hostel, orientation camps and other miscellaneous fees

The Finance Office will send emails two weeks prior to the payment due date, to notify students that the fee notes have been issued.
